About the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum
Located in Dallas’ Historic West End, the Museum was founded in 1984 by a group of Dallas area Holocaust Survivors. The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum is dedicated to teaching the history of the Holocaust and advancing human rights to combat prejudice, hatred and indifference. A top-rated attraction in North Texas, the Museum is one of just a few Holocaust-related museums or centers in the United States and the only Holocaust museum serving North Central Texas, as well as the adjacent states of Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. The Museum has been recognized for its compelling and creative programming, internationally recognized exhibits, and world-class speakers. Shipping Information
Currently, the store ships domestic orders only. Please contact the store directly at 469.399.5236 or by email at erodriguez@dhhrm.org for merchandise inquires to be shipped outside the U.S. as international shipping rates will apply.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If any unusual delay occurs in the order fulfillment process, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling rates are calculated according to the total of your items purchased. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout as follows:
Standard Shipping (Delivery in 3 to 4 Business days)
$ 5.00 - orders with a subtotal under $40.00
$10.00 - orders with a subtotal from $40.00 or more
Express Shipping (Delivery in 1 to 2 Business days)
$ 10.00 - orders with a subtotal under $40.00
$20.00 - orders with a subtotal from $40.00 or more
Due to COVID-19, delivery delays can occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email when your order ships that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for exchange or credit card refund within two weeks of delivery. Please contact the store at 469.399.5236 with any questions about returning or exchanging merchandise. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned items unless items were damaged or imperfect upon receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender. To make a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item must have the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
