It's 1939, World War II starts, some people called Nazis forced Jews out of their houses, but in Poland. Gertruda, a 19 year old brave girl takes care of a small Jewish boy. Adolf, an honorable man who has a circus decides to help a Jewish family. Robert is very generous, lives in Denmark and opens his house so his Jewish friends can stay. Budo, a respectful merchant offers help to his friend in Albany and Dr. Zabinsky and his wife, help and use the Zoo to hide Jews. All of them risk their life to help others. This is their story.
